About a session

An Alexander Technique session designed for your needs.

Your session includes a short discussion around your needs and issues, ample hands-on time using chair and table work, and time to apply what you’ve just learned to an activity of your choice (or, an exploratory activity I will choose for you if you don’t have a specific activity in mind).

Throughout the lesson, I’ll share important anatomical points to use your body well. I’ll use manual and verbal instruction to increase your awareness of your postural habits and show you how to release unneeded tension. I’ll also show you how to apply what you’re discovering in your daily life.

Fees

An individual session generally lasts 60 minutes. Every started 5 minute block is charged with CHF 12.50. An invoice will be sent following your session(s). Most complementary insurances reimburse some or all of the costs. Please consult your supplementary or your accident insurance regarding the amount of costs covered for Alexander Technique sessions with Nadia Banna. Your supplementary insurance policy details the amount of reimbursement made for Alexander Technique treatment.

Sessions can be booked directly on the link above and you will receive an invoice after the session.

Appointments can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time; otherwise, they will be fully charged.
