Single Lesson: Agreement/Terms and Conditions

SERVICES

Nadia Banna provides the service of private Alexander Technique instruction, which consists of the following:

•  in-person, in-studio lessons of 45-minute duration, scheduled and paid for individually, at a mutually convenient time for client and her

FEES AND PAYMENT

The fee for a single lesson is $90, to be paid in full at the time of purchase. 

The lesson time is reserved once client has paid in full and scheduled the lesson via the online calendar. 

REFUNDS

Refunds of any kind are not permitted once client has purchased the lesson. 

CANCELLATION POLICY
 

Lessons must be scheduled and used within 30 days of purchase. Any lessons purchased but not used within 30 days will be considered forfeited. If Nadia needs to cancel the lesson for any reason, makeup times will be offered and if none are satisfactory for the client, the client has the option to reschedule past the 30 days or receive a full refund. 

If a lesson needs to be rescheduled, the client must give 24 hours notice and reschedule it to another time within the original 30 day period in order to use it. Client is only able to reschedule the lesson once; any further reschedules will result in a forfeiture of the lesson.
