How do I receive the daily messages?
You’ll receive them via WhatsApp, completely privately. No extra apps needed.
Do I need to be in Switzerland to join?
No. Messages and audios are digital, so you can join from anywhere. Tier 3 personal sessions can be in-person in Zürich or online via Zoom.
How much time does it take each day?
Usually 1–2 minutes. It’s designed for busy people — small, consistent moments that add up.
What if I miss a day?
No worries. Each message stands on its own. Just rejoin the next day, no catching up required!
I’ve never tried the Alexander Technique. Will I understand it?
Yes. The messages are simple and practical, with gentle guidance that requires no prior experience.
What’s included in the guided audios (Tier 2 & 3)?
A new ten-minute audio each month on varied themes like breathing, posture, and releasing tension. You can replay them anytime.
How does the personal session (Tier 3) work?
After joining Tier 3, you’ll receive a booking link to schedule your monthly 60-minute session (Zürich or online). We tailor it to your needs.
Is my WhatsApp number visible to others?
The messages are sent in a broadcast list, which appears to you like a direct message from us. In a broadcast list, only I can see your number, while other subscribers cannot.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel anytime; your plan won’t renew at the next billing date (yearly for Tiers 1 & 2, monthly for Tier 3).
Is there a free trial?
Yes! All plans include a 7-day free trial so you can experience the benefits before committing. If for any reason it's not your thing, you can easily cancel by sending us a message.
